Adam has been a DJ since 2000. He is energetic yet easy going and likes to get the guests involved in the fun. Before Djing, Adam was a wedding videographer, so he has long known what works and what doesn’t. Determined to make every event fun and unique, Adam works hard to make sure that you and your guests are entertained.
I do theatrical stage rigging and architectural lighting. I have worked all over New England and more lighting cool buildings. Lately we have even been lighting bridges. It’s extremely hard work, with long hours, but seeing the end result is very rewarding.
I ride my motorcycle as much as possible. I love camping and taking the kayaks out with my family.
Trust all of your vendors. You are hiring professionals to do a job for you on one of the biggest days in your life. Tell them what you’re looking for and expecting, but keep an open mind to their ideas as well.

We used Adam as our DJ and couldn’t have be happier. People were dancing all night. He knew the perfect music to play. He came up to us multiple times during the night to keep us informed on the order of things and what we needed to start thinking about. He was super nice and very accessible. We were thrilled with the outcome of both our ceremony and reception music!
DJ was excellent! The sound during the ceremony was perfect! Not too loud, and not too soft. We had wanted an organist, but Adam made sure we did not miss having one. This continued through the whole night. The dance floor was packed from the first song to the last. No one wanted to leave. We’d recommend him to anyone – and already have! Thank you Adam for making our wedding such a success!!!
I wanted to send a message to say how much we loved Adam Blackstock. My daughter and her new husband had an awesome time at their reception. Adam made the wedding serive and reception flow flawlessly. We all especially loved when he gave the kids blow up guitars and played Spongebob Squarepants. Adam was very attentive to my daughter and son in law to how they wanted the evening to progress. My wide and I couldn’t be happier. We would recommend Adam for any event.
Adam exceeded our expectations and made our wedding fantastic! He kept people on their feet all night long. People are still talking about him. We loved how he took control and had the evening running smoothly. We loved the scavenger hunt, great variety of music, his personality, props and wedding CD he gave us that we listen to always and remind us of our day. Adam was absolutely PERFECT! He would come over to make sure everything was going well frequently and never missed a beat! I especially loved that the music choice he had for our reception was everything and more than I asked for! I could NOT stop dancing! I loved every song he played! At the end of the night I was surprised with a specialized CD for us of our special songs! If we ever have another event I will want him at it!
