My wife and I got married on October 14, 2023. DJ Dan Pelletier was a fantastic wedding DJ! He made the dancing at our wedding night extremely fun and memorable for everyone. My wife and I had a fantastic time on the dancefloor thanks to DJ Dan’s musical choices and our guests are still reminiscing on what a fun time the dancing was. He let us have some “must-have requests” and played some guests requests. Dan also did a great job keeping our timeline on track, directing guests, and general wedding logistics. DJ Dan is thoughtful, professional, and an all-around terrific DJ. Highly recommend!

One of the perks of using our wedding venue (Granite Rose in Hampstead, NH) is they include a DJ through Main Event Entertainment in our chosen package. We were given a worksheet to fill out with our music preferences, and Main Event Entertainment paired us with the perfect DJ, DJ Lloyd Mnaphi. The week before the wedding, we had an opportunity to speak with Lloyd. During this conversation we were able to go over all the details of the day and voice any opinions or concerns. Lloyd was very knowledgeable, easy going and funny and by the end of the phone call, we looked forward to having him be our DJ on the big day. Then the big day came and Lloyd did an incredible job! He made sure to check in with us and made sure everyone partied the night away. Once the event was over, we had numerous people approach us asking if we knew Lloyd before the wedding or if he was recommended. Many people were shocked to hear that he was assigned to us by Main Event Entertainment after only reviewing our worksheet. We would highly recommend Main Event Entertainment and Lloyd to people looking for a DJ or getting married at Granite Rose!
We weren’t really sure what to expect going in but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The team at Main Event Entertainment greeted us right away. They were friendly and welcoming. They took the time to ask about our needs and go over their offerings with us. My fiance and I had joked about sampling DJ’s in order to find one for our wedding. In reality, this was the perfect opportunity to do just that. We really got a feel for each DJ and what sort of energy and experience they brought to the table. I’d recommend this experience to any couples planning their wedding and looking for the right DJ.

DJ Matt is the BEST! Not only was communication so easy and thorough, he has a great personality and is so talented. I’m a wedding photographer, so I see a lot of weddings and had no doubt in my mind that I wanted Main Event to be part of my day. Matt had the dance floor packed, was so kind to my family/guests, and has a great set up that suits every space. 10/10 would recommend – Main Event has it down!

Our DJ, Tyler Campbell, was incredible. He worked with us to craft the perfect playlist for both our ceremony and reception and kept the party going all night long!
DJ was excellent! The sound during the ceremony was perfect! Not too loud, and not too soft. We had wanted an organist, but Adam made sure we did not miss having one. This continued through the whole night. The dance floor was packed from the first song to the last. No one wanted to leave. We’d recommend him to anyone – and already have! Thank you Adam for making our wedding such a success!!!

We selected Brien Lafferty for our wedding DJ and couldn’t have been happier! We gave him a play list and he took requests as well. There was a mixed crowd and he paid very close attention to the room vibe. He coordinated closely with the photographer and reception schedule. He was terrific! All had a great time!
Rob was our DJ and he was fantastic! His music got everyone up and dancing and kept the party going all night!.
We met Dan in person ahead of our event, and loved getting to know him. He is super nice and easy to talk to, he’s a dedicated musician, and he has tons of experience both DJing and performing. As musicians ourselves, we felt immediate trust that his musical sensibilities would make him an EXCELLENT DJ for us. And we were right!! Dan kept the party going all night and seamlessly moved through the music we wanted to hear – taking our playlists and blending them with music he knew would fit the vibe. Adam was our DJ for our 02/10/24 wedding. He was the central piece of our party! As we were planning the wedding, he took the time to get to know us via a zoom call to discuss the details. He helped us make music decisions in places we were really stuck, and helped bring our dreams to reality. He kept everyone engaged and our dance floor was packed all night! Adam was the perfect person for our day!

Kibar was a huge hit at our wedding! We are ready knew what he was capable of and he did not disappoint! Our guests absolutely loved him! (As did we) the dance floor was full the whole night and he brought an energy to the place that kept the party going nonstop. He also brought us a bunch of different ideas that we hadn’t even thought of to help make our day unique and entertaining .

Everyone at Main Event Entertainment was kind, personable, and resourceful! The showcase is such a great way to get to know DJ(s) prior to choosing a company and/or DJ for your wedding. All of our questions were answered, and we never felt pressured to go with any of the DJs we met or make any decisions that night. I think every company should host events like this. By attending, it alleviate any stress we had about hiring our DJ for our wedding and learned a ton of information about a wonderful company, who truly enjoys what they do and how well they treat the couples they work with! I would absolutely recommend Main Event Entertainment as well as recommend attending on of their showcases!

We booked DJ Kibar for our 12.21.23 wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made! Kibar was incredibly attentive and helpful from start to finish, and his professionalism yet fun attitude made it very easy to work with him. He kept the party going and did an amazing job. We had guests who we never thought we’d see dance on the dance floor, if that tells you anything!
Joey was nothing but AWESOME! He was perfect! Everyone complimented me on how great he was and said they have never been to such a fun wedding! He made our family ceremony special & I’ll be forever grateful. I would recommend him (and already have) to everyone! Best Wedding ever thanks to Joey!!

Our wedding was on 9/21/23, and our reception was dj’d by Lloyd Mnaphi. From music on the beach ceremony to meal and dance music, Lloyd had it completely covered. He kept the flow of our event seamless and the dance floor hopping. Was open to requests and had a great rapport with our guests. Everyone was saying, that they enjoyed his energy.
Kibar was amazing to work with! He not only incorporated all of the requested songs throughout the night, but he made it so that everyone wanted to dance the night away. We enjoyed everything he did and would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Kibar for helping to make our day so wonderful!

Going through the pictures after have made us laugh for day! Being so busy you don’t always get to enjoy the little silly moments and having this album to share and look back on has been amazing!!! Would highly recommend this company. We’re still getting complements on how many props there were and how large the actual booth itself was!

JAY WAS AMAZING! Before our event he was very easy to communicate with through email. Always responded quickly and was helpful. He fully understood our personalities and the atmosphere we were going for. He was accommodating so much so that he watched a TV show we asked him to watch so he would understand how we wanted to be introduced. He was funny, professional, prompt, kept the flow moving and was not corny (my biggest fear with DJs). I am sad our wedding is over because now it means we won’t have Jay reaching out to us- honestly he became one of our friends through this because he was that awesome! Everyone should use Jay!

Where do I even begin… Kevin Sawler made our wedding perfect! He was the master of our night and truly made our vision of dancing under the stars come true. Kevin took the time to meet with us over zoom (COVID Style) and answered all our questions and made sure he had all the information he needed to make our day perfect. His clear tone over the mic, his song choices and overall set up are a 10 out of 10! My dad was so impressed with Kevin and still talks about how much fun he had on the dance floor. Meagan at Hype Girl is AMAZING!!! She’s not just talented but she’s a super kind human. I had her join me up at the Mt Washington resort to capture me and my team doing our thing at a really big wedding we were designing and running, and she truly is your Hype Girl. She made me feel important and attended to and she was so kind to my clients as well. I cannot recommend her enough.

Jay was awesome. We had a rather small wedding crowd with shy guests. He was able to get them up and dancing, and kept everyone entertained. Even when dancing slowed down, everyone loved the music being played and there were smiles all around! He was all around exactly what our party needed!

Kevin was absolutely amazing! The process was so relaxed and easy. We were pretty picky about our music and provided our own playlist, but Kevin put it in the perfect order and added his own remixes to it that really brought it to life. He was very communicative and flexible throughout the entire process of planning and onsite…he was reliable, professional and fun and mixed up the best playlist of our favorites (also taking requests from our guests) throughout the night! I wish we could do it all over again!

DJ Kevin Maldonado was fantastic at our holiday party for children & adults with special needs. We originally asked him to keep the sound low due to sensory concerns, but it turned out our folks loved the louder dance music! Kevin had everyone up on the floor, dancing until the end! He was very professional and considerate, and played the Happy Birthday song for one of our kids. He also accommodated requests and probably played “YMCA” at least twice. Kevin M. will be our choice to DJ for our next party. 🙂
Kibar was AMAZING! He was on time, organized, kind, and kept the party going! Our dance floor was packed from beginning until end! Kevin Sawler was the DJ we picked for our wedding. We knew he would be a good fit for us as soon as we saw his demo video. After meeting Kevin in person, we loved his personality and expected the wedding to be a success. It was! Brien Lafferty was amazing. We had a small-ish informal wedding in September. Brien’s choice of music allowed EVERYONE the opportunity to get up and dance, fast or slow. I think songs should vary in that way so all can have fun. Ive been to weddings where there may be just a handful of slower songs and I feel that its not always enjoyable for the people that dont like to get up and dance the faster ones. I really appreciated Brien’s decision to change it up. Thank you so much for helping to make our day so much fun and memorable!
