One of the perks of using our wedding venue (Granite Rose in Hampstead, NH) is they include a DJ through Main Event Entertainment in our chosen package. We were given a worksheet to fill out with our music preferences, and Main Event Entertainment paired us with the perfect DJ, DJ Lloyd Mnaphi. The week before the wedding, we had an opportunity to speak with Lloyd. During this conversation we were able to go over all the details of the day and voice any opinions or concerns. Lloyd was very knowledgeable, easy going and funny and by the end of the phone call, we looked forward to having him be our DJ on the big day. Then the big day came and Lloyd did an incredible job! He made sure to check in with us and made sure everyone partied the night away. Once the event was over, we had numerous people approach us asking if we knew Lloyd before the wedding or if he was recommended. Many people were shocked to hear that he was assigned to us by Main Event Entertainment after only reviewing our worksheet. We would highly recommend Main Event Entertainment and Lloyd to people looking for a DJ or getting married at Granite Rose!

Kevin was absolutely amazing! The process was so relaxed and easy. We were pretty picky about our music and provided our own playlist, but Kevin put it in the perfect order and added his own remixes to it that really brought it to life. Kevin Maldonado was our DJ. And honestly he was phenomenal. He brought the energy all day. Was great at making all the announcements that was needed. The playist he made for us was great. 10 for 10 will be raving about him for years to come. Our guest have even asked about him and have all had great things to say. So needless to say we loved Kevin and sincerely hope that anyone who sees this chooses him for your special day. He definitely made our day memorable.
Adam was absolutely PERFECT! He would come over to make sure everything was going well frequently and never missed a beat! I especially loved that the music choice he had for our reception was everything and more than I asked for! I could NOT stop dancing! I loved every song he played! At the end of the night I was surprised with a specialized CD for us of our special songs! If we ever have another event I will want him at it!

We booked DJ Kibar for our 12.21.23 wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made! Kibar was incredibly attentive and helpful from start to finish, and his professionalism yet fun attitude made it very easy to work with him. He kept the party going and did an amazing job. We had guests who we never thought we’d see dance on the dance floor, if that tells you anything!
Hayden was our DJ for our wedding on 1.21.24. He was spectacular throughout the entire day and every meeting leading up to the wedding. We definitely didn’t make it easy for him during our meetings but he worked through it with us and was extremely courteous & professional each time. We had a great time getting to know Joey and how the process works at Main Event Entertainment. We appreciated getting walked through the process so we know what to expect with future appointments. DJ Matt Perez was AMAZING. The energy in the room was crazy right from the start of the night and didn’t end until the very last song. He exuded such professionalism while also being so fun and personable. I couldn’t be more impressed. The first thing our guests told us about our day is how amazing Matt was and how much fun they had on the dance floor. His ability to read the room and play music that we all loved was unmatched. I can’t recommend him enough- he made our day!

I attended a wedding this past weekend that Joey Dion was DJing. What a great time!! He was so creative and so much fun!! At no point was he on “auto-pilot”. At one point, in one of the speeches, someone mentioned listening to Bone Thugs N Harmony when they were young, and as they finished the speech, he started playing “Crossroads”. Such a riot!! Everyone got a kick out of it!! He was so involve and kept the dance floor full all night. I’ve never been to an event where a DJ could read a crowd so well. Always full of surprises and had us laughing all night. Thanks for a great time Joey!!

Meet the DJs Night was AWESOME! It was great to chat with some of the DJs and get to know them a little more rather than making a blind decision and risking not having a connection with whoever we chose. We selected Brien Lafferty for our wedding DJ and couldn’t have been happier! We gave him a play list and he took requests as well. There was a mixed crowd and he paid very close attention to the room vibe. He coordinated closely with the photographer and reception schedule. He was terrific! All had a great time!
We cannot RAVE enough about DJ Rob and all that this company did to make our wedding absolutely perfect. He is such an incredible human and did the best job at keeping everyone excited and dancing the entire night!
Dan Pelletier was such a great DJ for our graduate school formal. He was sure to take our song requests without question. There was not a single song we did not like, and everyone had so much fun dancing and singing along. His attention to reading the crowd at times during dinner and when everyone was done eating with regards to song selection were spot on, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was also prepared prior to the event start, which was so calming and reassuring to the event coordinators. We will definitely be contacting him for future events.
We met Kelly at a wedding expo and my fiance and I were very impressed with her right from the start. She was very professional as well as personable. Throughout the entire process, Kelly was always there to help no matter what we asked and responded to all of our emails promptly. She also gave us great suggestions on things I hadn’t even thought of! After our wedding we had numerous people come up to us and tell us that she was one of the best DJs they had seen in a long time. We have had two couples from our wedding who were recently engaged already contact Kelly for her services. I will recommend Kelly to anyone who is looking for a wonderful DJ for any occasion!

I am not sure I can adequately explain how thrilled not only my husband and I were, but since the event I’ve had numerous phone calls full of praise him. Jay was the DJ for my combined 70th birthday and retirement party and we had asked for fairly specific artists, as the crowd was a bit older than what you would typically find at a wedding. However, the way Jay spun those tunes and the dancing on the floor, you would have thought you were in fact at a wedding! What a party! What a FABULOUS time! DJ Dan was INCREDIBLE– from helping to plan our music, to understanding our wedding timeline, communication and day-of he was so great, especially with making sure the sound at the ceremony was perfect, (we had no electricity there either) and the dance floor was NEVER empty, it was perfect.
My husband and I got married on 12.18.23 and Hayden was our DJ! When I tell you this man is AMAZING at his job I mean it! He had some of the smoothest transitions, I have ever heard when it comes to music! We got matched with DJ Tyler Campbell through our venue, Granite Rose, and we could not have been happier! Tyler was an amazing DJ and his taste in music matched ours perfectly. SO many people asked us if we provided the DJ with the song list because it was that on point. It was all the songs we listened to and partied to, a great mix of oldies from our teen years and new songs. And multiple people commented on how he had the volume at the perfect level- loud enough to feel like a party but not loud enough to make your ears ring or deter you from talking on the dance floor. I don’t think I ever saw the dance floor go empty (except when desserts came out and everyone sat back down to eat), and the fact that most of our friends stayed until closing time at 10pm on a Sunday speaks to how awesome Tyler was as a DJ.
DJ Rob was awesome!!! He kept the party going at our wedding and even added in a special birthday song for one of our best friends.
The PhotoBooth attendees were amazing! They helped everyone out and printed photos for everyone in the group. They even grabbed us to take photos with some props! Very personable!

Brien Lafferty was amazing. We had a small-ish informal wedding in September. Brien’s choice of music allowed EVERYONE the opportunity to get up and dance, fast or slow. I think songs should vary in that way so all can have fun. Ive been to weddings where there may be just a handful of slower songs and I feel that its not always enjoyable for the people that dont like to get up and dance the faster ones. I really appreciated Brien’s decision to change it up. Thank you so much for helping to make our day so much fun and memorable!
