We met Dan in person ahead of our event, and loved getting to know him. He is super nice and easy to talk to, he’s a dedicated musician, and he has tons of experience both DJing and performing. As musicians ourselves, we felt immediate trust that his musical sensibilities would make him an EXCELLENT DJ for us. And we were right!! Dan kept the party going all night and seamlessly moved through the music we wanted to hear – taking our playlists and blending them with music he knew would fit the vibe. DJ Matt Perez was AMAZING. The energy in the room was crazy right from the start of the night and didn’t end until the very last song. He exuded such professionalism while also being so fun and personable. I couldn’t be more impressed. The first thing our guests told us about our day is how amazing Matt was and how much fun they had on the dance floor. His ability to read the room and play music that we all loved was unmatched. My husband and I could not be more happy that we were matched with Tom Darling for our wedding. From the moment we met Tom prior to the wedding we knew he was going to be an incredible dj. He was easy to talk to, had multiple options for songs to play for different events throughout the night and went out of his way to make sure the songs we wanted played he was able to find. Our guest raved about the music throughout the wedding night and commented on the amazing energy Tom brought. In addition, we were lucky to have Justin Mellan who assisted Tom. He was equally as energetic! Both Tom and Justin made a point to check in with us throughout the night, kept the guest on the dance floor (no joke, our dance floor was never bare), and overall made the night one we’ll never forget!

We weren’t really sure what to expect going in but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The team at Main Event Entertainment greeted us right away. They were friendly and welcoming. They took the time to ask about our needs and go over their offerings with us. My fiance and I had joked about sampling DJ’s in order to find one for our wedding. In reality, this was the perfect opportunity to do just that. We really got a feel for each DJ and what sort of energy and experience they brought to the table. I’d recommend this experience to any couples planning their wedding and looking for the right DJ.

DJ was excellent! The sound during the ceremony was perfect! Not too loud, and not too soft. We had wanted an organist, but Adam made sure we did not miss having one. This continued through the whole night. The dance floor was packed from the first song to the last. No one wanted to leave. We’d recommend him to anyone – and already have! I am not sure I can adequately explain how thrilled not only my husband and I were, but since the event I’ve had numerous phone calls full of praise him. Jay was the DJ for my combined 70th birthday and retirement party and we had asked for fairly specific artists, as the crowd was a bit older than what you would typically find at a wedding. However, the way Jay spun those tunes and the dancing on the floor, you would have thought you were in fact at a wedding! What a party! What a FABULOUS time! Over and above that, Jay is personable, knowledgeable and very professional and fun! I know we would hire him again in a heartbeat and I’m pretty sure some of the guests have his contact information. You won’t be disappointed going with Jay!
The service was incredible. Kevin was so wonderful. He really helped us with the flow of the evening. He really took charge but always stopped to ask us questions so we got what we wanted. Where do I even begin… Kevin Sawler made our wedding perfect! He was the master of our night and truly made our vision of dancing under the stars come true. Kevin took the time to meet with us over zoom (COVID Style) and answered all our questions and made sure he had all the information he needed to make our day perfect. His clear tone over the mic, his song choices and overall set up are a 10 out of 10! My dad was so impressed with Kevin and still talks about how much fun he had on the dance floor. My wife and I got married on October 14, 2023. DJ Dan Pelletier was a fantastic wedding DJ! He made the dancing at our wedding night extremely fun and memorable for everyone. My wife and I had a fantastic time on the dancefloor thanks to DJ Dan’s musical choices and our guests are still reminiscing on what a fun time the dancing was. He let us have some “must-have requests” and played some guests requests. Dan also did a great job keeping our timeline on track, directing guests, and general wedding logistics. DJ Dan is thoughtful, professional, and an all-around terrific DJ. Highly recommend!

Matt did an amazing job at our wedding. He was polite, courteous and did everything we had discussed at our meetings. We asked for a couple changes last minute and he was so calm and amazing about it. He was fun and all our guests made comments on how terrific our dj was and asked us where we found him so if they needed an entertainer they could look him up, they loved him. Everyone at Main Event Entertainment was kind, personable, and resourceful! The showcase is such a great way to get to know DJ(s) prior to choosing a company and/or DJ for your wedding. All of our questions were answered, and we never felt pressured to go with any of the DJs we met or make any decisions that night. I think every company should host events like this. By attending, it alleviate any stress we had about hiring our DJ for our wedding and learned a ton of information about a wonderful company, who truly enjoys what they do and how well they treat the couples they work with! We had a great experience having Joey as our DJ and he did everything we expected. His price was what he said it would be. His sense of humor attracted us and we love that he’s down-to-earth. Also, we kept in mind the importance of him being the owner of Main Event and his past experience. I would say the best part of having Joey as our DJ would be his energetic attitude. We would highly recommend him, in fact we already have friends who are interested!
At our reception, he did a light show, bubbles, props and line dances. We continue to hear comments from friends and family that our reception was so much fun and that they had such a good time. It feels so good to hear that. We know Joey was such a huge part of making our wedding day memorable for not only us but for our guests.

DJ Kibar was incredible! We had a very short time to plan our wedding and he worked with us and even made suggestions for venues. He was always flexible with meeting times and we had open communication. Everyone had an absolute blast and we rocked the dance floor! I need a vow renewal just so I can have DJ Kibar again.

The PhotoBooth attendants were so great. They were polite and a lot of fun. They did a great job with the scrapbook and my wife loves the look and presentation of it. The booth was such a highlight. Especially when my sister got my father to wear a dreadlocks wig for one.
