Kevin was absolutely amazing! The process was so relaxed and easy. We were pretty picky about our music and provided our own playlist, but Kevin put it in the perfect order and added his own remixes to it that really brought it to life. Our dance floor was full the whole night. He was kind, polite, easygoing and fun and we couldn’t recommend him more! Thanks Kevin!!!

Our DJ Brien Lafferty was AMAZING! He had the best energy and played such a great variety of music as we had people of all different ages at our wedding. People are still talking about how great the music at our wedding was.! He listened to all of our requests for the songs we wanted in our ceremony introductions, and all of our important dances. His personality completely fit with our wedding guest and really made the entire night a blast.! We couldn’t have asked for a better fit for what we envisioned for our wedding night and highly recommend him for any event you are planning. Joey was amazing!! We are still getting compliments on how great the DJ was! He played a great variety of music and he knew what music got the crowd going! Everyone including my 80 year old grandparents were up on the dance floor with their hands up! He went above and beyond and made our wedding day one we will never forget. He was involving the crowd, played the music we asked for and I can honestly say we do not have one bad thing to say! I would hire him again and again and again. Everything was organized, Lloyd asked all the right questions to make sure things ran smoothly and stress free for us.
Our wedding was on 9/21/23, and our reception was dj’d by Lloyd Mnaphi. From music on the beach ceremony to meal and dance music, Lloyd had it completely covered. He kept the flow of our event seamless and the dance floor hopping. Was open to requests and had a great rapport with our guests. Everyone was saying, that they enjoyed his energy.
Matt was phenomenal! He was set up and ready to go early. He was so friendly and easy to get along with! He was always available for questions and responded in a timely fashion. She quickly followed up with us to set up a meeting and get expectations and plans and had our videos and photos back to us before I was even back to my house from our wedding weekend! Everyone at Main Event Entertainment was kind, personable, and resourceful! The showcase is such a great way to get to know DJ(s) prior to choosing a company and/or DJ for your wedding. All of our questions were answered, and we never felt pressured to go with any of the DJs we met or make any decisions that night. I think every company should host events like this. By attending, it alleviate any stress we had about hiring our DJ for our wedding and learned a ton of information about a wonderful company, who truly enjoys what they do and how well they treat the couples they work with! I would absolutely recommend Main Event Entertainment as well as recommend attending on of their showcases!

My husband and I got married on 12.18.23 and Hayden was our DJ! When I tell you this man is AMAZING at his job I mean it! He had some of the smoothest transitions, I have ever heard when it comes to music! We are predominantly metal and rock enthusiast, and Hayden picked out songs that were so in line for what we were wanting. To toss in some Christmas music as well was perfect, it got everyone up and jumping! There were so many compliments that came in from our families, saying that Hayden was one of the best DJs they’ve ever heard. He helped make our special day even better, and my husband and I are forever grateful that we got paired with him! Hayden, thank you so much for making our wedding amazing!
DJ Rob was awesome!!! He kept the party going at our wedding and even added in a special birthday song for one of our best friends.

I am not sure I can adequately explain how thrilled not only my husband and I were, but since the event I’ve had numerous phone calls full of praise him. Jay was the DJ for my combined 70th birthday and retirement party and we had asked for fairly specific artists, as the crowd was a bit older than what you would typically find at a wedding. However, the way Jay spun those tunes and the dancing on the floor, you would have thought you were in fact at a wedding! What a party! What a FABULOUS time! Over and above that, Jay is personable, knowledgeable and very professional and fun! I know we would hire him again in a heartbeat and I’m pretty sure some of the guests have his contact information. You won’t be disappointed going with Jay!
We booked DJ Kibar for our 12.21.23 wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made! Kibar was incredibly attentive and helpful from start to finish, and his professionalism yet fun attitude made it very easy to work with him. He kept the party going and did an amazing job. We had guests who we never thought we’d see dance on the dance floor, if that tells you anything!
Matt was amazing! Everyone one of our guests had nothing but nice things to say! He had everyone on the dance floor all night! He played music for the whole crowd. He has a great personality and was a pleasure to work with. Even prior to the wedding he was so helpful taking away any stress and helped to make the night run smoothly. The PhotoBooth was a HUGE hit and for anyone thinking they aren’t worth it… you are dead wrong. The attendants were incredible and so helpful the whole night. We chose the option to have them make our guest book with the strips from the booth and it is now a huge conversation piece at our house!

Thank you very much! We had an excellent time and Dan was terrific. Many of our guests commented positively on the music after the wedding, telling us it was hard to stay off the dance floor. Event with a smaller wedding than we originally intended, we felt like the dance floor was always active. The atmosphere was great throughout the entire event. The lead up to the event was terrific, Dan did a great job communicating with us and taking notes of our preferences. We felt at ease going into our wedding having no doubt that we were going to get what we wanted and asked for. We would definitely recommend Dan to our friends and family in the future. Adam was our DJ for our 02/10/24 wedding. He was the central piece of our party! As we were planning the wedding, he took the time to get to know us via a zoom call to discuss the details. He helped us make music decisions in places we were really stuck, and helped bring our dreams to reality. He kept everyone engaged and our dance floor was packed all night! Adam was the perfect person for our day!
Our DJ Rick Lee was absolutely amazing and NAILED the energy of the room. He brought the party and kept it going all night long. He was very respectful of our “do not play” list & made sure all age groups were satisfied with the song choices in order to get everyone on the dance floor! Our favorite part of the entire wedding was the bridal party entrance and the dancing at the end of the night. He was so patient and supportive of any/all ideas our bridal parties had for their entrance & like I previously said, he got the party started right away and he kept the dance floor alive all night long. He was even able to convert songs that he did not have in order to make our day exactly what we wanted. He even came up with his own ideas to give away our center pieces (so it was one less thing I had to think about!! haha) I cannot say enough good things about DJ Rick Lee. 10/10 would recommend.

Our DJ Tom Darling was so amazing! From going out in the heat and humidity making sure our sound checks were perfect for the ceremony to understanding our facial cues when my husband and I didn’t realize how long 40 seconds was for our first dance! Tom was fantastic. There’s always a bit of concern when a Dj says they’ll read the room to interpret what type of music to play and make sure the night flows, but with Tom he didn’t read the room, he wrote it! If you book Tom, and I highly suggest you do, make sure he gets up and dances to all the cheesy songs with you. One of the nights shining moments!

We weren’t really sure what to expect going in but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The team at Main Event Entertainment greeted us right away. They were friendly and welcoming. They took the time to ask about our needs and go over their offerings with us. My fiance and I had joked about sampling DJ’s in order to find one for our wedding. In reality, this was the perfect opportunity to do just that. We really got a feel for each DJ and what sort of energy and experience they brought to the table. I’d recommend this experience to any couples planning their wedding and looking for the right DJ.

My now husband and I booked Lloyd WAY ahead of time of our wedding after hearing such great things about him – we were SO glad we did!!! Lloyd truly made our ENTIRE day being such big music fans! He took the time to go through all of the details, songs, timing, name pronunciation, etc. you name it! He is so friendly and so fun! He kept our guests on the dance floor all night and played ALL of our favorite music! He added so much of his own personality to the music and little moments throughout the day, we loved it! He even got out on the dance floor with us too! We got so many compliments on Lloyd being the best DJ our guests had ever experienced at a wedding.
