Hayden was our DJ for our wedding on 1.21.24. He was spectacular throughout the entire day and every meeting leading up to the wedding. We definitely didn’t make it easy for him during our meetings but he worked through it with us and was extremely courteous & professional each time. Hayden had an incredible music selection and matched our tastes perfectly! Could not be happier. Thank you so much!
My wife Danielle and I had DJ Hayden for our wedding and he was excellent. We had a great feeling about him when we met him for our meeting on Zoom and when it came to the big day, he was spot on. He was very detail oriented, arrived early, and when our procession had a slight delay he adjusted the music on the fly to keep the timing correct. We didn’t have a huge dancing crowd but those of us on the dancefloor had a great time with his awesome music mixes. We would go with Hayden again if we needed another DJ.
I know we took Meghan because of the amount of money we had to spend,but we were so happy with her and so were our guests. Words just cannot express how she made our day so special. Thank you, thank you Meghan from the bottom of our hearts.

My husband and I could not be more happy that we were matched with Tom Darling for our wedding. From the moment we met Tom prior to the wedding we knew he was going to be an incredible dj. He was easy to talk to, had multiple options for songs to play for different events throughout the night and went out of his way to make sure the songs we wanted played he was able to find. Our guest raved about the music throughout the wedding night and commented on the amazing energy Tom brought. In addition, we were lucky to have Justin Mellan who assisted Tom. He was equally as energetic! Both Tom and Justin made a point to check in with us throughout the night, kept the guest on the dance floor (no joke, our dance floor was never bare), and overall made the night one we’ll never forget!

DJ Rob was awesome!!! He kept the party going at our wedding and even added in a special birthday song for one of our best friends.

Matt did an amazing job at our wedding. He was polite, courteous and did everything we had discussed at our meetings. We asked for a couple changes last minute and he was so calm and amazing about it. He was fun and all our guests made comments on how terrific our dj was and asked us where we found him so if they needed an entertainer they could look him up, they loved him. Brien Lafferty was amazing. We had a small-ish informal wedding in September. Brien’s choice of music allowed EVERYONE the opportunity to get up and dance, fast or slow. I think songs should vary in that way so all can have fun. Ive been to weddings where there may be just a handful of slower songs and I feel that its not always enjoyable for the people that dont like to get up and dance the faster ones. I really appreciated Brien’s decision to change it up. Thank you so much for helping to make our day so much fun and memorable!
We got matched with DJ Tyler Campbell through our venue, Granite Rose, and we could not have been happier! Tyler was an amazing DJ and his taste in music matched ours perfectly. SO many people asked us if we provided the DJ with the song list because it was that on point. It was all the songs we listened to and partied to, a great mix of oldies from our teen years and new songs. And multiple people commented on how he had the volume at the perfect level- loud enough to feel like a party but not loud enough to make your ears ring or deter you from talking on the dance floor. I don’t think I ever saw the dance floor go empty (except when desserts came out and everyone sat back down to eat), and the fact that most of our friends stayed until closing time at 10pm on a Sunday speaks to how awesome Tyler was as a DJ.
Kelly did an amazing job with all of our music choices throughout the ceremony, entrances, dinner, and reception. It’s so hard to keep on top of things during your own wedding, especially the timeline without looking at a clock, and Kelly made sure everything went according to plan. She was on the ball with what was happening next, even when we were overwhelmed with the chaos of the day. She was right there with the flowers we were presenting to my aunt for her birthday and brought them over to us for a quick transition to keep things moving. And she did an awesome job of going with the flow (but also checking in with us) when the timeline of the day didn’t quite go according to plan and rolling with plan B. Everyone had fun and we can’t thank her enough.
Matt was great from the pre-party questions I had to the day of questions I had. Matt was able to keep the party rolling all night. I have suggested Matt to many people, we look forward to using Matt as our DJ for upcoming events!

I attended a wedding this past weekend that Joey Dion was DJing. What a great time!! He was so creative and so much fun!! At no point was he on “auto-pilot”. At one point, in one of the speeches, someone mentioned listening to Bone Thugs N Harmony when they were young, and as they finished the speech, he started playing “Crossroads”. Such a riot!! Everyone got a kick out of it!! He was so involve and kept the dance floor full all night. I’ve never been to an event where a DJ could read a crowd so well. My wife and I got married on October 14, 2023. DJ Dan Pelletier was a fantastic wedding DJ! He made the dancing at our wedding night extremely fun and memorable for everyone. My wife and I had a fantastic time on the dancefloor thanks to DJ Dan’s musical choices and our guests are still reminiscing on what a fun time the dancing was. He let us have some “must-have requests” and played some guests requests. Dan also did a great job keeping our timeline on track, directing guests, and general wedding logistics. DJ Dan is thoughtful, professional, and an all-around terrific DJ. Highly recommend!
Everyone at Main Event Entertainment was kind, personable, and resourceful! The showcase is such a great way to get to know DJ(s) prior to choosing a company and/or DJ for your wedding. All of our questions were answered, and we never felt pressured to go with any of the DJs we met or make any decisions that night. I think every company should host events like this. By attending, it alleviate any stress we had about hiring our DJ for our wedding and learned a ton of information about a wonderful company, who truly enjoys what they do and how well they treat the couples they work with! I would absolutely recommend Main Event Entertainment as well as recommend attending on of their showcases!

DJ Kibar was absolutely top notch. He kept up with us in terms of contact and information from booking up until our wedding date. He would check in with us periodically and had meetings in order to make sure we had all of our main musical selections chosen and organized. He ensured our wedding ran smoothly and worked great with our coordinator. He played piano for our ceremony and it was fantastic. Our guests loved his transitions and kept complimenting his DJ’ing style and he took care in what music was played for our wedding based on our tastes. We weren’t really sure what to expect going in but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The team at Main Event Entertainment greeted us right away. They were friendly and welcoming. They took the time to ask about our needs and go over their offerings with us. My fiance and I had joked about sampling DJ’s in order to find one for our wedding. In reality, this was the perfect opportunity to do just that. We really got a feel for each DJ and what sort of energy and experience they brought to the table. We met Dan in person ahead of our event, and loved getting to know him. He is super nice and easy to talk to, he’s a dedicated musician, and he has tons of experience both DJing and performing. As musicians ourselves, we felt immediate trust that his musical sensibilities would make him an EXCELLENT DJ for us. And we were right!! Dan kept the party going all night and seamlessly moved through the music we wanted to hear – taking our playlists and blending them with music he knew would fit the vibe. My now husband and I booked Lloyd WAY ahead of time of our wedding after hearing such great things about him – we were SO glad we did!!! Lloyd truly made our ENTIRE day being such big music fans! He took the time to go through all of the details, songs, timing, name pronunciation, etc. you name it! He is so friendly and so fun! We met Kelly at a wedding expo and my fiance and I were very impressed with her right from the start. She was very professional as well as personable. JAY WAS AMAZING! Before our event he was very easy to communicate with through email. Always responded quickly and was helpful. He fully understood our personalities and the atmosphere we were going for. He was accommodating so much so that he watched a TV show we asked him to watch so he would understand how we wanted to be introduced. He was funny, professional, prompt, kept the flow moving and was not corny (my biggest fear with DJs). I am sad our wedding is over because now it means we won’t have Jay reaching out to us- honestly he became one of our friends through this because he was that awesome! Everyone should use Jay!

My husband and I got married on 12.18.23 and Hayden was our DJ! When I tell you this man is AMAZING at his job I mean it! He had some of the smoothest transitions, I have ever heard when it comes to music! We are predominantly metal and rock enthusiast, and Hayden picked out songs that were so in line for what we were wanting. To toss in some Christmas music as well was perfect, it got everyone up and jumping! There were so many compliments that came in from our families, saying that Hayden was one of the best DJs they’ve ever heard. We had a great experience having Joey as our DJ and he did everything we expected. His price was what he said it would be. His sense of humor attracted us and we love that he’s down-to-earth. Also, we kept in mind the importance of him being the owner of Main Event and his past experience. I would say the best part of having Joey as our DJ would be his energetic attitude. We would highly recommend him, in fact we already have friends who are interested!
At our reception, he did a light show, bubbles, props and line dances. We continue to hear comments from friends and family that our reception was so much fun and that they had such a good time. It feels so good to hear that. We know Joey was such a huge part of making our wedding day memorable for not only us but for our guests.

One of the perks of using our wedding venue (Granite Rose in Hampstead, NH) is they include a DJ through Main Event Entertainment in our chosen package. We were given a worksheet to fill out with our music preferences, and Main Event Entertainment paired us with the perfect DJ, DJ Lloyd Mnaphi. The week before the wedding, we had an opportunity to speak with Lloyd. During this conversation we were able to go over all the details of the day and voice any opinions or concerns. Lloyd was very knowledgeable, easy going and funny and by the end of the phone call, we looked forward to having him be our DJ on the big day. Then the big day came and Lloyd did an incredible job! He made sure to check in with us and made sure everyone partied the night away. Once the event was over, we had numerous people approach us asking if we knew Lloyd before the wedding or if he was recommended. Many people were shocked to hear that he was assigned to us by Main Event Entertainment after only reviewing our worksheet. We would highly recommend Main Event Entertainment and Lloyd to people looking for a DJ or getting married at Granite Rose!
