We got married 8.12.23 at granite Rose, our DJ, Lloyd Mnaphi, was amazing!! He fulfilled all of our requests, we had my sister in-law surprise officiant the ceremony and He did so good helping us keep that a secret until it was time. All of our guests never left the dance floor as soon as it was party time. We had a fun wedding party and he made this wedding unforgettable for us and our guests. Thank you for an amazing fun filled night as we became Mr&Mrs Dean !!! You were the perfect match to our party.
Adam was absolutely PERFECT! He would come over to make sure everything was going well frequently and never missed a beat! I especially loved that the music choice he had for our reception was everything and more than I asked for! I could NOT stop dancing! I loved every song he played! At the end of the night I was surprised with a specialized CD for us of our special songs! If we ever have another event I will want him at it!

Tom was amazing. He was very charismatic and very polite and before setting up a game or making an announcement he was able to find me or my husband and ask us for timing or how we would like things to go. He was very attentive to the crowd and found songs that keep people dancing the whole time. I really can’t say enough good things about him, he helped keep everything super organized and running well and it took minimal effort on our part.
DJ Kevin was amazing and the perfect DJ for our day! He had everyone on the dance floor the whole time!! absolutely fantastic, thank you Kevin!
Kevin Maldonado was our DJ. And honestly he was phenomenal. He brought the energy all day. Was great at making all the announcements that was needed. The playist he made for us was great. 10 for 10 will be raving about him for years to come. Our guest have even asked about him and have all had great things to say. So needless to say we loved Kevin and sincerely hope that anyone who sees this chooses him for your special day. He definitely made our day memorable.
DJ Matt is the BEST! Not only was communication so easy and thorough, he has a great personality and is so talented. I’m a wedding photographer, so I see a lot of weddings and had no doubt in my mind that I wanted Main Event to be part of my day. Matt had the dance floor packed, was so kind to my family/guests, and has a great set up that suits every space. 10/10 would recommend – Main Event has it down!
Our DJ Tom Darling was so amazing! From going out in the heat and humidity making sure our sound checks were perfect for the ceremony to understanding our facial cues when my husband and I didn’t realize how long 40 seconds was for our first dance! Tom was fantastic. There’s always a bit of concern when a Dj says they’ll read the room to interpret what type of music to play and make sure the night flows, but with Tom he didn’t read the room, he wrote it! If you book Tom, and I highly suggest you do, make sure he gets up and dances to all the cheesy songs with you. One of the nights shining moments!

We met Dan in person ahead of our event, and loved getting to know him. He is super nice and easy to talk to, he’s a dedicated musician, and he has tons of experience both DJing and performing. As musicians ourselves, we felt immediate trust that his musical sensibilities would make him an EXCELLENT DJ for us. And we were right!! Dan kept the party going all night and seamlessly moved through the music we wanted to hear – taking our playlists and blending them with music he knew would fit the vibe. Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding – it was perfect. Thank you, Dan!
DJ Rick Lee was incredible!! We knew from the time we first hopped on the phone with him that DJ Rick would bring the energy and expertise needed to make our wedding amazing. He truly outdid our already high expectations! The music throughout the night was exactly what we needed for a very diverse group to have fun across the board. Jay was awesome. We had a rather small wedding crowd with shy guests. He was able to get them up and dancing, and kept everyone entertained. Even when dancing slowed down, everyone loved the music being played and there were smiles all around! He was all around exactly what our party needed!

We had Tom Darling as our DJ and he was awesome! Super nice and always seemed to know what song to play. His plethora of music genres kept the night going to the very end (literally.. our venue basically had to kick us out we wouldn’t stop dancing when our time was up).

DJ Kibar was incredible! We had a very short time to plan our wedding and he worked with us and even made suggestions for venues. He was always flexible with meeting times and we had open communication. Everyone had an absolute blast and we rocked the dance floor! I need a vow renewal just so I can have DJ Kibar again.

Kevin Sawler was the DJ we picked for our wedding. We knew he would be a good fit for us as soon as we saw his demo video. Our friends and family all commented on what a great DJ we had found. Joey is not just a DJ – he makes you feel like you have known him your entire life. I attended a wedding this past weekend that Joey Dion was DJing. What a great time!! He was so creative and so much fun!! At no point was he on “auto-pilot”. At one point, in one of the speeches, someone mentioned listening to Bone Thugs N Harmony when they were young, and as they finished the speech, he started playing “Crossroads”. Such a riot!! Everyone got a kick out of it!! He was so involve and kept the dance floor full all night. I’ve never been to an event where a DJ could read a crowd so well. Always full of surprises and had us laughing all night. Thanks for a great time Joey!!

DJ Kevin Maldonado was fantastic at our holiday party for children & adults with special needs. We originally asked him to keep the sound low due to sensory concerns, but it turned out our folks loved the louder dance music! Kevin had everyone up on the floor, dancing until the end! He was very professional and considerate, and played the Happy Birthday song for one of our kids. He also accommodated requests and probably played “YMCA” at least twice. Kevin M. will be our choice to DJ for our next party. 🙂

Kevin was absolutely amazing! The process was so relaxed and easy. We were pretty picky about our music and provided our own playlist, but Kevin put it in the perfect order and added his own remixes to it that really brought it to life. Matt did an amazing job at our wedding. He was polite, courteous and did everything we had discussed at our meetings. We asked for a couple changes last minute and he was so calm and amazing about it. He was fun and all our guests made comments on how terrific our dj was and asked us where we found him so if they needed an entertainer they could look him up, they loved him. We met Kelly at a wedding expo and my fiance and I were very impressed with her right from the start. She was very professional as well as personable. Throughout the entire process, Kelly was always there to help no matter what we asked and responded to all of our emails promptly. DJ was excellent! The sound during the ceremony was perfect! Not too loud, and not too soft. We had wanted an organist, but Adam made sure we did not miss having one. This continued through the whole night. The dance floor was packed from the first song to the last. No one wanted to leave. We’d recommend him to anyone – and already have! Dan Pelletier was such a great DJ for our graduate school formal. He was sure to take our song requests without question. There was not a single song we did not like, and everyone had so much fun dancing and singing along. His attention to reading the crowd at times during dinner and when everyone was done eating with regards to song selection were spot on, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was also prepared prior to the event start, which was so calming and reassuring to the event coordinators. We will definitely be contacting him for future events.
My husband and I could not be more happy that we were matched with Tom Darling for our wedding. From the moment we met Tom prior to the wedding we knew he was going to be an incredible dj. He was easy to talk to, had multiple options for songs to play for different events throughout the night and went out of his way to make sure the songs we wanted played he was able to find. Our guest raved about the music throughout the wedding night and commented on the amazing energy Tom brought. In addition, we were lucky to have Justin Mellan who assisted Tom. He was equally as energetic! We weren’t really sure what to expect going in but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The team at Main Event Entertainment greeted us right away. They were friendly and welcoming. They took the time to ask about our needs and go over their offerings with us. My fiance and I had joked about sampling DJ’s in order to find one for our wedding. DJ Kibar was absolutely top notch. He kept up with us in terms of contact and information from booking up until our wedding date. He would check in with us periodically and had meetings in order to make sure we had all of our main musical selections chosen and organized. He ensured our wedding ran smoothly and worked great with our coordinator. He played piano for our ceremony and it was fantastic. Our guests loved his transitions and kept complimenting his DJ’ing style and he took care in what music was played for our wedding based on our tastes. We felt very confident during the whole process and happy with our choice in DJ. He takes pride in his work and it really shows.
The PhotoBooth attendants were so great. They were polite and a lot of fun. They did a great job with the scrapbook and my wife loves the look and presentation of it. The booth was such a highlight. Especially when my sister got my father to wear a dreadlocks wig for one.
